Details

Dragonliner [Liquid]: A highly pigmented, semi-waterproof inky black liquid liner. The original Dragonliner, engineered to make the sharpest line and optimized for an easy, extremely accurate application to create smudge-proof symmetrical wings.

Dragonliner [Pencil]: For a softer look, or a smokey eye.

Instructions

Dragonliner [Liquid]: Shake well before use. Sweep pen along the lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position the pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify color. Store horizontally for best performance.

Dragonliner [Pencil]: For a classically defined eye, line close to the lid. For a smokey eye, smudge gently with your fingers or a brush. To sharpen, simply insert into a cosmetics pencil sharpener and twist!
