Lightly blend using a brush or, to maximize the pigment, dab on and lightly press in with your finger pad. Can be used wet or dry.

Tip: To use as an eyeliner, apply with a stiff liner brush!

A True Slay

High quality shadow! I use this for a more subtle smokey eye or just a simple, natural look. I love the gold for subtle highlighting, and the brown is also great for darkening my brows to make them more dramatic (bonus points for using the brown over the Bow Down Brow Glue) :)
