REFUND POLICY
All Sales are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. Please keep in mind that colors will appear different on individuals depending on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason.
Exceptions
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on gift cards.
Refunds
If your product falls under our Exceptions policy, we will notify you once we’ve reviewed your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it takes 1-2 days for us to process a refund. However, depending on your credit card provider the refund can take up to 1-2 billing cycles to show up on your card.
Receiving a refund
You can choose to receive your refund either as store credit to your Qveen Studio account or back to the original payment method.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
*Please note, Qveen Studio reserves the right to refuse all returns. If in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged/missing items, we will send replacements products within 10 days of receipt of the package.
