SHIPPING & RETURNS
Processing time for orders is typically 1-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is typically 3-6 business days and 10-21 business days internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified.
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Qveen Studio.
Please note that international APO/FPO addresses may require additional delivery time.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any product sold, including Gift Cards.
Please note that Qveen Studio reserves the right to refuse all returns.
If you purchased Route (shipping insurance/package protection) with your order and your products were lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you will need to file a claim directly through Route. Any claims will be subject to Route's policies.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, missing, or if you receive the incorrect product, please contact Qveen Studio Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please keep in mind that colors may appear differently on screens and will appear differently on individuals depending on skin tone and lip pigmentation. Items will not be replaced nor exchanged for this reason and are not considered to be an Exception.
